REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Sanus Cosmetic, we strive to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level and provide high-quality products. However, we have certain conditions and procedures for product returns. Please read the following information carefully:

1. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN

1.1 Opened Packages: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened packages.

1.2 Multiple Purchased Items: We cannot accept returns for items where storage conditions are unknown, and the sale of these items is not possible.

1.3 Expired Products: Return requests for products that have passed their expiration date are accepted. You must notify us within 20 days of your order date.

1.4 Manufacturer-Related Issues: If there is an issue with the product related to the manufacturer, you can contact our customer support for the return process within 7 days after the delivery date.

1.5 Damaged and Opened Products: Return process is accepted for products with a shipping detection report for packages that were burst or opened on the delivery date. This is only valid if you do not report any damage or tears in your package during the delivery of your cargo.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

2.1 Return Request: You must notify us of the return within 2 days from the date you received the product.

2.2 Return Notification: You can notify us of the return by sending an email to [email protected] for the return process. In the email, do not forget to specify your order number, the reason for the return, and the product details (product name and quantity).

2.3 Approved Return Requests: In approved return requests, customers will be given instructions for the return process.

2.4 Shipping Fees: The shipping costs of the products to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. REFUND AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE

3.1 Refund Process: After the returned products are checked by the company and found appropriate, the refund process is initiated. The completion of the refund depends on bank processing times and the payment method.

3.2 Payment Method: The refund is made through the original method used by the customer.

3.3 Product Exchange: Upon approved return requests, necessary arrangements are made for the customer’s desired product, and the customer is paid with a reduced shipping fee or a new product is sent with free shipping.
